Red Chili Harissa Olive Oil
Traditionally used in North African and Middle Eastern cuisines, Harissa is a condiment which is made from pounding together dried hot chili peppers, garlic, toasted caraway, toasted coriander toasted cumin and olive oil to make a paste.
This oil is infused with copious amounts pure essential oil of chili pepper, giving it a lovely red color and a definite kick -- it’s very spicy. This infused olive oil lends excellent flavor and heat to seared fish or grain-based salads.
