Raspberry Balsamic



This thick, rich, perfectly balanced sweet-tart balsamic dazzles with the natural flavor of fresh, ripe raspberries. It’s perfect when tossed with mixed salad greens and a little feta cheese or toasted nuts, and works well for a glaze or marinade. One of our favorite ways to use this balsamic is when it is added to dark chocolate truffles.

Olive oil pairing suggestions: Blood orange fused, any non-infused Sigona’s Fresh Press extra virgin olive oil.
