This organic Cuvée is comprised of exceedingly rare, dry-farmed, traditional olive varieties, including Madural, Negrinha and Cobrançosa from the stunning Douro Valley region in Northern Portugal.
The olives are harvested from trees in ancient orchards where more than one olive variety was planted. This olive oil is balanced and displays notes of tomato leaf and green almond. It has a creamy mouthfeel and pleasing, pepper finish, a characteristic that is indicative of Northern non-irrigated trees.
