Neapolitan Herb Balsamic
Zesty and savory, our Neapolitan herb balsamic makes many culinary creations shine. This infused balsamic features traditional herbs found in Neapolitan cuisine, including rosemary, marjoram, thyme, garlic and sage. Try it drizzled over roasted vegetables or sliced heirloom tomatoes and cucumbers. Use it as a marinade for poultry, Portobello mushrooms, pork or a thick rib-eye steak. It also makes a nice Caesar dressing and adds a flavorful zing to a Bloody Mary.
Olive oil pairing suggestions: Garlic, Meyer lemon fusion, Tuscan herb, any non-infused Sigona’s Fresh Press extra virgin olive oil.
