Loison Blackhabana Panettone

The handcrafted Blackhabana® Panettone has a particularly soft, well-waved dough, enriched with a delicious dark chocolate cream and rum filling and sweetened with natural Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, a Slow Food Presidium. Natural leavening, starting with a mother yeast dough, and 72 hours of patient craftsmanship give the Panettone exceptional softness and digestibility. The basic ingredients are all fresh: free-range eggs, milk, cream, and butter. Made for gourmets who love the intensity of single-origin cru chocolate and the strong taste of rum.
