This fused olive oil is both fruity and spicy. It’s made by crushing together fresh, early harvest Frantoio olives with fresh jalapeño peppers, then mixing them in a malaxer to release and combine the green essential oil from the peppers with the olive oil. The result boasts a lingering spiciness, a slightly bitter - yet pleasing - green vegetal note and a vibrant zing from capsaicin. Use it in salsas, marinades, soups, grilled foods, vegetables and more.

Caution: Hot!
