Our fused, early harvest, Chilean green Eureka lemon olive oil was made by crushing together green Arbequina olives and estate-grown, unripe, green Eureka lemons. It is an incredibly complex, entirely pungent fusion that has a maximum green lemon aroma. It’s super concentrated, powerfully fragrant and floral - a little goes a long way! Use this for everything from seafood to vinaigrettes.
Balsamic pairings: Suyo cucumber, honey-ginger, summertime peach, tangerine or one of our Rosés, such as strawberry-kiwi or watermelon.
