This dark chocolate balsamic is rich, thick and resounds with complexity. It contains a trio of fine chocolate: Valrhona, Callebaut and Guittard, all recognized by the pastry chefs as the finest in the world. 

Serving suggestions: Reduce and drizzle on gelato, stir into fresh berries, pair with smoky chipotle oil for a marinade, whisk with fruity olive oil for a vinaigrette or add zing to chicken mole.

Olive oil pairing suggestions: Navel orange fusion, smoky chipotle, any Sigona’s Fresh Press extra virgin olive oil.
