Heirloom Blenheim Apricot White Balsamic


The heirloom Blenheim apricot is a local treasure in California’s Santa Clara Valley where it’s valued for its increasing rarity and prized for its incredible flavor.   

This balsamic tastes like summer in a bottle. It’s juicy, fragrant, sweet, slightly tart and simply mouthwatering! It’s great for marinades, glazes, vinaigrettes, fruit salad, caprese, desserts and more.

Olive oil pairing suggestions: Garlic, blood orange fusion, Meyer lemon fusion, any non-infused Sigona’s Fresh Press extra virgin olive oil.
