This exceedingly rich, complex and dense balsamic is made from the cooked must of Trebbiano grapes grown around the hills of Modena, Italy. It ages for at least 12 years in wooden barrels, following the Solera method. It is rich and dark-brown in color, with a sweet, multi-layered taste and a syrup-like consistency.

Balsamic pairing suggestions: Any Sigona’s olive oil.

Amazing!

This is by far the best balsamic vinegar I’ve ever had. Since we visited the market years ago with my in laws who live close to it I haven’t found anything even close. Since then all I’ve asked for for Christmas is this vinegar and now I can order it online which is amazing! I’ll never be out again!
