The heirloom Blenheim apricot is a local treasure in California’s Santa Clara Valley where it’s valued for its increasing rarity and prized for its incredible flavor.   

This balsamic tastes like summer in a bottle. It’s juicy, fragrant, sweet, slightly tart and simply mouthwatering! It’s great for marinades, glazes, vinaigrettes, fruit salad, caprese, desserts and more.

Olive oil pairing suggestions: Garlic, Navel orange fusion, Meyer lemon fusion, any non-infused Sigona’s Fresh Press extra virgin olive oil.

John's Favorite Vinaigrette

I was never a vinaigrette or balsamic fan until I tried the Heirloom Blenheim Apricot White Balsamic. I also was enticed to experiment with the other flavors, but this one was the absolute best (for me). I bought 4 bottles last year and just bought 4 more because it is so good!

Making Salad Great

I love Sigona's Blenheim Apricot White Balsamic, especially on salad, but it makes lots of things taste great.
