Wild Raspberry White Balsamic


Juicy, tart raspberry and luscious white balsamic come together in this bright, versatile, infused balsamic. Use it in shrubs, mixed cocktails, as a glaze for seafood or make a marinade for poultry. It makes a nice vinaigrette for wilted spinach salad and adds great flavor to a bowl of fresh-cut fruit and berries.

Olive oil pairing suggestions: Baklouti Green Chili, Blood orange fused, Garlic, Gremolata Milanese, Meyer lemon fused, Persian lime, any non-infused Sigona’s Fresh Press extra virgin olive oil.
