California's Central Coast is home to some outstanding coastlines... and even more outstanding cheesemakers. This board features cheese from that region, including a Sigona's exclusive called Moo-Na Lisa (a Gouda-Gruyère-style cheese) and three cheeses by Stepladder Ranch & Creamery: Cabrillo (a blend of cow and goat milk best described as a Spanish-style Manchego), a triple cream beauty called Ragged Point and LumberJack, an aged jack cheese.  Fresh fruit, olives, crackers, dried fruit and nuts round out this one-of-a-kind cheese experience. 

Serves 8-10 grazers.

Please allow at least 1 business day for the creation of smaller boards. Larger boards require more notice. Products may vary. We charge retail price for add-ons and substitutions.
