12-year aged Condimento Tradizionale Balsamic
This exceedingly rich, complex and dense balsamic is made from the cooked must of Trebbiano grapes grown around the hills of Modena, Italy. It ages for at least 12 years in wooden barrels, following the Solera method. It is rich and dark-brown in color, with a sweet, multi-layered taste and a syrup-like consistency.

Note: We follow the olive oil seasons so we pack the freshest olive oil we have when your order is placed. Olive oils from the Northern Hemisphere, such as growing regions in California, are available from about January - June. Oils from the Southern Hemisphere, such as growing regions in Chile, are available from about June - December.

I like having the ability to order your products on line for the holidays. This was a gift. I was looking for pasta to accompany the sauce, but that is ok that you do not have that pairing.
