A refreshing twist on tradition, this infused balsamic vinegar combines the juicy sweetness of watermelon with our beautifully balanced Italian Rosé balsamic. It is light, fragrant and bursting with flavor. It adds a playful, floral complexity to any dish.
It’s perfect for summer salads, fruit glazes, spritzers and cocktails. Try it as a unique drizzle over fresh melon, mozzarella or grilled halloumi. It’s also nice stirred into ceviche or a simple fruit salad.
Olive oil pairings: Basil, Chimichurri Verde, Jalapeño, Persian Lime.
