Montmorency Cherry Rosé White Balsamic

The Montmorency cherry is a small, bright red, tart cherry with a pleasing acidity which is present in this beautiful balsamic.

We recommend using this for a spritzer, as a glaze for wild game, pork or duck. It’s also delightful with roasted Brussels sprouts or in a vinaigrette for peppery greens. 

Olive oil pairing suggestions: Jalapeño, Meyer lemon fused, Navel orange fused, wild rosemary, any Sigona’s Fresh Press extra virgin olive oil
