Sigona's Chocolate & Cherry Panettone

This delicious panettone is handmade just for Sigona's in Verona, Italy, by experienced, artisanal pastry chefs following traditional methods using the highest quality ingredients, pure butter and natural sourdough leavening.

It is an excellent example of Italian craftsmanship quality! This panettone is a 10 out of 10! The cherries and chocolate simply shine. It is extremely moist with a bright panettone flavor, due to the 24-hour leavening of the mother yeast sourdough. 

Why sourdough? It improves the quality of end products thanks to its properties: the organoleptic qualities of the product are kept for a longer time, including fragrance, taste and aroma. Sourdough products are naturally more soft and more easily digestible.

Serving note: To enhance the flavor and the softness given by butter, we suggest to keep this produce near a heat source for two hours before serving.
